The privacy of our visitors is important to us at InfoTooth.  To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you may make about the way your information is collected and used.  To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Infotooth collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://infotooth.com website (“Site”) and how this data is used to better serve our visitors.  This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by InfoTooth.

Exactly What Information Is Collected?
This Site will never willfully disclose any personally identifiable information about our online audience to any third-party without first receiving the User’s permission.  We do not collect personally identifiable information from our visitors other than what is supplied to us on a voluntary basis.

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience.  Cookies are small files that a site, or its service provider, transfers to a web browser (if allowed) that enables the storing of information regarding Users’ access, customized web page content and preferences.

How Is This Collected Information Used?
This Site may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

How Does InfoTooth Protect Your Information?
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Users’ personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology over a secured communication channel and then encrypted and protected with digital signatures into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit card numbers) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Does InfoTooth Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?
We do not rent, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys.  We may share your information with these third-parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.  We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.  However, we may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act.  We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect or maintain any information from our Site from those we actually know are under 13 years of age.  Our Site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Clicky Analytics
This Site utilizes a third-party analytics software to improve the navigation, design and layout features.  No financial or personal identifiable information is recorded.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
InfoTooth reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add, change, modify, or remove portions of this privacy policy at any time.  When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top and bottom of this page.  We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.  You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
